I'm in the process of ordering the T61.
My plan is it to order one with Vista Ultimate and change it at home back to XP Prof. ( so i can order it with the Turbo Memory )I will change it back to Vista when i feel it is getting time to do so.
I only don't know if the Bluetooth and wireless are the same for Vista and XP.
Dell for example has different bluetooth cards for Vista and XP.
Does anybody have any experience with this ?

I received my T61 this morning:
T7300(2GHz), 1GB RAM, 120GB 5400rpm HD, 14.1in LCD, 128MB nVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11agn, Bluetooth,Vista Business.
I blew off Vista and installed XP. So far I am unable to get the Wireless card to work. I don't think there are drivers for the new Intel wireless cards on the Lenovo download site. I downloaded the only wireless related drivers for XP, but it's for a Lenovo wireless card, not an Intel. There also doesn't seem to be drivers for the fingerprint reader.
I'm frustrated. The fingerprint reader I could live without, but not the wireless card.
I'll add to this post if I figure anything out. Anybody else having these problems? -
Have you tried looking on the Intel site for Intel drivers
Intel 4965AGN drivers -
intel has separate drivers, yup
now to explain why my wireless connex gets cut off every now and then (not too often, yet still annoying) -
The wireless driver is slipstreamed into one of the wireless access manager downloads as well
T61 Bluetooth and wireless card.
