I'm thinking of getting the HDD Ultrabay adapter for my T61P. I plan on buying a 320gb 7200RPM and putting that in the regular hard drive slot, and putting my old 100gb 7200 in the ultrabay.

I know the adapter is a sata interface, but I was wondering if the speed of the hard-drive is limited in anyway in the ultrabay? For example if I run HDTune on the same hard-drive, one time when its in the normal hard-drive slot, and one time in the ultrabay, will the results (read, write, and access times) be the same?
