    Hi all..

hope you can help me here... I put our company image on a T61 laptop. XpSP2.

And for this 1 particular user, every so often, they keyboard on the laptop will stop functioning. I tried pressing function and f7 and it seems to flicker, i also did function f12 and it went into hibernation.. so it seems that part of it does work..

However, no other keys work on the keyboard. I called IBM and they did not know what it was. I reinstalled the Power management software and it has not solved my problem. I dont know what to do... can anyone help? this is the only laptop in teh company who has this problem.

Hi.. yes thats what i am saying.. i think all teh function fxs work... however no other keys will respond. This is only an intermittent problem as it comes and goes... after i reboot, it usually works ok.

We have already changed the keyboard that IBM sent us. Still no resolution
