I need recovery CDs so I can reimage and sell my laptop. I heard that you have to make them using the factory software that comes on your T61. Since I've already reformatted/repartitioned my hard drive I can't do this.

Can anyone make them for me? I'll pay!

    Need: Vista Home Basic

You should be able to call Lenovo or Microsoft for a Vista install disc set. You can buy them without any license, so you just use the license key located on the sticker underneath the notebook. Another possibility is to download Vista Home Basic as a torrent and install it using your own license key. As far as I know that isn't illegal as long as you use your own license key...

The Vista install disc set should be obtainable for a small handling fee, maybe 20 USD or similar...

Just remember if you download it as a torrent, that you need to find a Vista Home Basic installation. Some installation disc sets contains all Vista version where it's your license key that determines which version you can install. If you order it from Lenovo, Microsoft or a third company just remember to ensure it's the correct version you get.
