    Anything that is in a 200-pin SODIMM form factor will work fine in the T61.

    Yep...any 200pin DDR2-667(PC2-5300/5400) sodimm shold work fine(most memory manufacturers have lifetime warranties just in case there are problems)

    How many sticks of memory do you have installed and how much do you want to ugrade to?
