Anyone got any links to get 4GB of Ram for Lenovo T61 wide screen with Nvidia graphics and T7500 processor. I am not sure what kind I need, and when I bring the computer to Circuit City or CompUSA so they can find out they quote me a ridicules price of $300 to $400 dollars. About how much I have to pay? And what kind do I need? Also does any one have any good sites? I heard of newegg any others?

Also right now I am running with Vista Ultimate with 2GB of ram and the Task Manager always say 41% or higher the CPU usage is an always very low which is good and it averages 70 processes. The computer does run a lot better after my clean install after entering password it only takes a minute or so to load, the only problem is RAM, but it only happens with making big changes in Photoshop. I also have the Intel turbo member, but I don’t see it in the RAM.

    thanks

I also would be intrested in knowing. I looked around on crucial.com, etc...it appears ram for the new T61 series computers are pretty expensive wherever you look. I would either wait on it, otherwise hopefully somebody knows of cheap compatible/reliable ram out there, because I could not find any.

I just ordered a 2gb stick from newegg. $50 with $15 MIR. $35 total was crazy better than Lenovo's price thats for sure. the Corsair MIR expires on the 14th i think, so get on your horse. ;)
