The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    T61 SD card reader issues

    My T61 sd card reader is failing to recognize a 4G Micro SD card , but it reads the other 2G one I have.I updated the driver from here http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-68053.html but still experiencing the same problem.
    What else could I try?

    I must add that there's nothing wrong with the 4G card because I can access it on PC using an external USB multi-card reader(from Integral)
