    Also, can someone tell me what that 1GB spec is where I placed in bold?

    And since it's shipped, is it possible for me to determine the keyboard and screen lcd manufacturer?

    The 14" screen is usually either TMD or Samsung and you definitely want the Samsung over the TMD.
    edit: just noticed yours is wide. In any case it shouldnt be too bad.

    Considering that the TMD is only on the standard aspect screen, with little to almost no reports of the Samsung standard aspect screen(i believe there is one report on the thinkpads.com forum), why would you definately want the Samsung over the TMD? I have the TMD on my T61p and the LG on the 14" widescreen T61 and they're pretty comparable except for the brighter LG screen due to the 50 extra nits, while I've heard less than stellar reviews for the Samsung screen.
