Hey all, I'm looking for a laptop for myself for September as I will be starting college, and I am strongly considering the T61.

My question is, what are the temp. ranges for the T61 w/ the nVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M? I read a review on here that put the T61 between 42 and 50 Celsius (idle and load), but with an Intel X3100 card. And then I also read a T61p review that had the 570M with temperatures around 38 - 51 Celsius (idle and load again). Should I expect a T61 w/ 140M video card to be around the same? Does anyone have this laptop with this vid card who can check the temps for me, or provide me with a link to some benchmarks or something? Thanks.

i remember the max temp of a T61 with a 140M, is 4 degrees Celsius less than the max of a macbook pro.

i think it was somewhere around 90 or 92 degrees F, max heat.

90 or 92 degrees for the MBP or the T61? Either way, that's in the low-30s, which is too low?
