    Hi there,

I just received my T61 with XP this morning. I created the recovery disk and installed my other programs. My ThinkVantage button was working originally, but now when I press it, nothing happens. Have I inadvertently done something to disable it? How do I fix it? FWIW, the Thinkvantage Productivity Center does not seem to open now, either.

Secondly, when I initially log on to Windows each time, I get a message indicating that Access Connections is being used by another user. I am the only user I set up in Windows, so this one baffles me, too. I don't have any problem connecting to my wireless or wired home network though.

    Any help would be appreciated!!

Maybe you could try system update on lenovo site. Download and install it.

If you didnt perform any major file transfers to your new machine yet, i would just do a full factory reset on it.
