How do I configure my wireless connection to use 802.11n mode?

I have an N router, but it's connecting with 802.11g mode. The router is set to allow both connections because I also have a PSP, iPhone, Wii and PS3 that need to connect to it.

    Thanks.

I know its obvious but does your T61 have the wireless-n option? From what I remember it doesn't come with it by default you have to add it when configuring the system (also costs extra).
