So last week i sent my computer back to lenovo to replace a fan and possibly overheating GPU. They got it to me all fixed ( at least the issues haven't come up again ).
Everything was working normal until yesterday when my peripherals died on me while docked. So i unplugged them and plugged my mouse directly into my computer, and it worked. Then i plugged it back into the dock, and it worked. This was kinda odd.... Then my internet died...
So I undocked it and restarted with the cable plugged directly into the computer, and it worked. When I put the computer back into the dock with the cable still attached to the computer, the internet dies. Any other combination of cable + computer + dock doesn't work. And i have to restart it for it to work. ughh. probably a long shot, but anyone have advice?
I'm running vista on a t61 btw.

Docking station issues can be tricky to troubleshoot. Here are some publications that might help:
FYI- the publications might not have the T61 listed, but they still apply.
