My T61 14.1" losing battery power on hibernating. It consumes almost as much as you put it on standby. It has been like this for awhile that i should ask for a help. :(

    Any suggestion? advice? comment please.

is it in the properties on the power management tab?

uncheck allow this device to wake the computer?
or only allow management stations to wake the computer?

Have you disabled your ethernet's 'Wake on Settings' and 'Wake on Link Settings' in device manager? It's under the Advanced tab when your double click your ethernet driver.

make sure that you disable all wake on settings as Arkit3kt recommends: USB, ethernet, maybe others. There is a thread in this forum with more info; sorry I can't dig it out, exams are coming. :(
