Hey guys I was wondering how to have the little battery icon appear on the taskbar again? I accidentally disabled it and now I cant figure out how to get it back. Its the little green one with the battery time.

Right-click Start bar > Properties > Notification Area > select system status icons you'd like.

I think he is talking about the Power Manager one that is on the task bar. To get the Lenovo one back, launch the power manager, go into your options and check the checkbox that says "Show Power Manager Gauge in Taskbar" and it should show up again.
