Greetings- Trying to figure out if my new T61 has an integrated camera- There is a Start menu item "integrated camera" that offers only to uninstall as well as an entry in add / remove programs called "integrated camera" manuf by Sonix. There is a very small icon at the top of the bezel to the left of the diagonal crosshatching that "could" be a camera. Am I dreaming? Anybbody know what these programs are for if there is no camera? Lenovo experts live was useless...
Thanks for the input!

Is this for Vista or XP?
You can look in My Computer. -
Are you referring to the computer symbol with two parenthesis-like marks emanating from each side of it? Because that should mean "wireless," seeing as how the wireless antennas are located at the cross-hatched areas.
If you had a camera, it would look like this.
By the looks of it, it would seem that you don't have a camera. -
Thanks to both of you- It appears that I do NOT have a camera based on the picture and the wireless icon definitely makes sense- So why then do I have what appears to be software loaded for an "integrated camera" (sonix)- Can I remove this?
Thanks again!

Can you get a T61 15.4" with a camera? I went to their customization site and it doesn't let you pick. Does it come with one already?

The only 15" with the camera is the R series. -

I don't understand their decision making. I mean I know this is a business laptop, but it could be used for web conferencing etc?
