I installed the "bioshock driver" a while ago in the hopes of making Half Life 2 look better, which it did. I lost the ability to change the screen brightness, which I did miss. Recently HL2 was crashing at one spot, so I reinstalled the Lenovo display driver and the game worked, the brightness control worked but the game looked like crap.

So, is there any solution available which would allow me to keep the brightness control, but still make games look good?
