    Sorry if this has been discussed previously but I couldn't find anything.

    I have a T61 766416U; no embedded WWAN option. I'd like to add an embedded card to use with Sprint broadband. There are some threads on EVDO forum where people have removed the mini-PCIExpress card from an external USB WWAN device and installed it in their laptop, although not a Thinkpad.

    Even though I don't have the WWAN option, any chance that the WWAN antenna is installed? If not, is this a user replaceable option?

    Anyone tried anything like this or looked into it?

    Thanks;
