which thinkpad model has following properties :
1- most stablest workhorse
2- Fine keyboard

4- screen hurt my eys (i always look at screen)
5- no gaming / no graphics

I think that all these laptops can do it.

Since you don't want dedicated graphics, any model will be appropriate. The decision would come down to whether the current x3100 graphics would be adequate (it can't play 1080p well), or you would rather have the upcoming x4500.
Also, the T500 and R500 will have DisplayPort, so if you plan on hooking your laptop to an HDTV, this would give you a digital signal vs. the T61's VGA output.
If this is not an issue, then the current deals on the T61's make it a great choice. -
what about T61 + mini dock vs others ?
is T500 as stability/reliability as T61 ? -
-
As said above, all of them are good. However if you want a feel of new technology, wait for the new series.
T61 or T500 or R500 , which is better for programming
