    I ordered for my friend and I told him it'll be a month before he gets his laptop. But it's shipped already?? WTF

    Did he receive a tracking number? If they have all the parts ready to go, it shouldn't take Lenovo more than 24 hours to build one laptop.

    yeah, we got the tracking number. and the only email I received from Lenovo was to inform me that it's shipped out...

    Ya its completly normal for some configurations. My T61 was ordered sunday and arrived at my doorstep on friday.
