I'm in the market for a new computer and I'm definitely considering a T61. I've got a few questions about all the different models though.

I know right now the only model out is the 14.1 in widescreen which Lenovo says starts at 5lbs, but PCMag puts at 5.4 lbs (I assume the difference is having the drive in the machine) with a 4-cell battery.

I know Thinkpad's have small AC adapters. How much do they weigh?

I'm curious if anyone knows what the approximate weights of the following versions hopefully being released later will be.

    1. 14.1 in standard screen with a 4-cell battery.
    2. 15.4 in widescreen with a 6-cell battery.
    3. 15.4 in standard screen (will this exist?) with a 6-cell battery.

Also, it's my impression that the 6 and 7 cell batteries won't stick out on the 15in models. Is that right?

Finally, does anyone know if the 15in models will have centered screens or will they still be off center like the 14in version.

    Thanks!

I'm assuming that the 6-cell will not stick out in the 14.1" 4:3 either. Is there any information on this? I remember seeing somewhere that this will be released, but can't find it now. What I'd really like is the T61 in 4:3.
