    Was anyone able to get it to work? I remember reading here that the driver for it is not available at this time. Is that true?

    No, the driver is available. It will be listed as for Windows XP, but it still works. Google it.

    Then Google for Picasa and download that. You will be able to take pictures with your webcam from there. If you don't know how to use that function, just Google how.

    I've made a clean install of win xp sp2 on my t61 and the web cam is working just fine (it's in my computer). Tested with Skype, the 'other side' of connection told me that the video was very clear...
