T61 with 4:3 screen released in Canada?

I talked to the Lenovo guy in this morning and then he gave me 2 model# for T61 with regular 4:3 screen.

One is 88952EU,

The Lenovo guy told me if I order it today, I may receive in the next week.
I don't know it's true or not, but I found the above information in the Lenovo Canada.

However, it doesn't with NV140m and 1G Intel Turbo Memory. I should go for it?? I don't know because I want NV140m and 1G Intel Turbo Memory.

anyway, if anybody want the T61 with regular screen, you got it now!!!

 

lol...someone needs to shut these lenovo people up..they blurp out info too quick ...sounds interesting

 

The Canadian Lenovo page is weird; I can't find the T61 without searching for it - and then it has this severely retarded "customise" option where you can't really customize anything.

I also did a quick google search for your model numbers; the 88952FU one pops up on a few retail stores, but as usual they barely give you any detail on the actual specifications. The 88952EU returns no results.

 

Yes, its weird. Also, I don't know why the Canadian Lenovo page can't be like US website. You can find these 2 model by using "View all ThinkPad

Damn, thats expensive. For the same price you can get a much better, but widescreen T61 WITH Quadro.

 

I swear to god, Lenovo just doesn't like me. Every time I click on either link, that's what I get.

Search for 14.1 XGA TFT and it'll lead you straight to it

 

Yay! 4:3's are coming!

Now if only they would make them fully customi sable, and with the 140m...
