To all those who own T61 notebooks and upgraded their RAM, can you tell me what kind of RAM it takes. I know the notebook has two slots and I believe I read somewhere that it takes PC5300 RAM. Is this accurate? This is what I would consider ordering:

    (2 x 2GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory

Does that look right? I tried to Google it (to all those who are quick to suggest this method), but I was unable to get a clear answer. I also used the 'search' function but, after wading through many threads and posts, I still was unable to find the exact specs. I found myself digging through thread after thread with no result. That is why I decided to ask here. I appreciate all who decide to respond.

To all those who celebrate it, I would like to wish you a HAPPY EASTER. To those who don't, I would like to wish you good day.

Thank you, Lithus. I think I'm set. Oh wait, I do have one other question that comes to mind. Does it matter if I get 1 DIMM OR 2 DIMM? I read somewhere that people who had 2 DIMM, either preinstalled or purchased aftermarket, were having BSOD's and freeze ups. Is there any truth to that?
