This is a relatively easy question but I just wanted to confirm: For Windows XP Professional Users

Does your UltraBay Optical Drive show up under the "Safely Remove Hardware Wizard" that normally pops up when inserting a Flash Drive, etc.

    Just wanted to confirm.

    Thanks

I have a 3000 that has a dual layered DVD that has to be the same as the t61p. I'm running Vista and it does not interact with the "can safely remove hardware" wizard.

Alright thanks, but I'm running Windows XP so I need someone running Windows XP to post clarification. I'll update my original post to reflect that.
