    do you think this is a fair price on lenovo.com or its possible to get a discount somewhere?
    also possible to lease it personally not business?

    You could probably save a few hundreds by putting in your own ram.

    Having just completed a painful lease process with Lenovo at work even if it were possible, and I don't believe it is I would avoid a non-business lease from Lenovo. I'd just get a loan from the bank or credit union -- less hassle, and probably a better rate if it is a credit union.
