    Hi!

I need some advice. I've just got my T61P about a month ago. Tried running crysis on the system stock standard (Vista ultimate 32 bit). I could not run on the game's graphics set on high as it was way to jerky. Even at medium the system was a bit jerky at some scenes.

I have JUST reformated my hard-drive and installed Vista Ultimate 64-bit because I read some forums stating that crysis could run better in 64bit. I was wondering what would be the best video drivers for my system or if I should tweak anything in my system to improve performance.

    Thank you.
    :)
My system specs are as such:
    T61P
    T7700 - 2.4 Core 2 duo
    2GB RAM
    256MB Quadro FX350M
    WUXGA
100GB Hitachi 7500 RPM hard drive

I'm running it at the widescreen res that's just lower than 1024x768 and at medium settings in DirectX 9 on Vista. Runs well most of the time. I'm using the 169.09 drivers, which work very well on Vista in general.

Thanks! How can one tell whether its running on DirectX 9 or 10? *sigh*..I feel so stupid asking these questions.. the. Ps- Is it advisable to overclock the graphics gpu / memory for these notebooks? I'm using 164.33 drivers currently, but have recently installed Riva Tuner, and was thinking of overclocking the gpu and memory. I think I will install th 169.09 drivers when laptopvideo2go.com is online because the FN brightness currently does not work.
