    I've seen some sellers at ebay selling T61Ps with 256MB vga card, but at lenovo.com i no longer see anything above 128MB, any idea if lenovo took them off and no longer offering them or what?

    The 15.4" models have 256mb of GDDR3 memory for the FX570M.

    The 14.1" T61p models have 128mb of GDDR3 memory with a 64bit memory interface vs. the 128bit memory interface, which accounts for its lower performance.
