    T61p - 14.1' annoying fan noise (audio available)

    Ok, so I returned my first T61p because the fan was running constantly even after a fan replacement. I'd another one shipped to me and guess what? It has the same problems:

    1) Fan constantly blowing out cold air.
    2) Annoying type of fan noise.

    Looking deeper, I found the symptoms exactly as described here:

    I would hope this problem was resolved long ago, but it doesn't look like it apparently. I request everyone to take a closer look at their 14.1' T61p and see if the noise exists. It's really annoying. I might take a 15% restocking fee and return this if nothing works out.
