WUXGA eh. That's sort of tempting, even though I know I'd go blind.

A Cardreader too...I hope they still have an expresscard reader in there.

Graphics card is no surprise, although I'm still disappointed (hey, you can always hope for the impossible!).

No clue what a super multiburner plus is - why does every company feel like adding ultra or super or whatever to their optical drive instead of telling us what it is?

The specs have been known for a while now. It looks nice. What's not known is when the hell they'll release it.

I noticed something configuring a T60p. You can configure a T60p putting in your own 2GB of RAM and own HDD for 300 less than you would spend on an equally specced ASUS G1S. So 1500 without RAM and HDD replacement and 200 more dollars with. That's a pretty darn good deal. I think it's the best deal out there for an 8600M based laptop (aside from the C90). That is assuming the T61p and T60p are around the same price.

When I asked a sales rep about the t61p, he said there WOULD be a 14.1" screen version.
