Can someone please tell me what resolution is supported when using T61p with X3100 and advanced dock for external monitor? I am looking for at least 1600X1200.

My R60 with the Intel 945 card output to a UXGA (1600x1200) Dell monitor with no problems using VGA. The R60 don't support DVI. The spec according to Intel is QXGA or (2048x1536) is the max resolution.

You won't get the X3100 on the T61p, only 570m card.

You can also drop a graphics card in the advanced dock.
