    T61p internal memory card reader NOT working

    Hi all

    The internal memory card reader in my T61p does not seem to work. When I put a SD card in it nothing happens ? Does I need to activate the memory card reader or something ?

    Yes, I have. See the attached picture. I have also tried reinstalling the driveres but that did not help. Nothing happens when I insert a SD card :-(
    I'm running Vista Ultimate with all new updates.

    Have you tried other cards? Maybe the one you're inserting is shot and doesn't work.

    I have not tried other cards but the SD card (standard SD 1 GB) works fine in two other computers (another thinkpad and a zepto) in theirs internal memory card reader. And the SD card works fine in a USB memory card reader.
