Hi all, I have a new problem with my t61p. The brightness controls (Fn + Home/End) stopped working while on Vista. Adjusting it from Mobility Center does not work either. The funny thing is that the OSD works, and the controls work as well while not using Vista. It also used to work some time ago (but I can't recall what I did meanwhile.. :( )
I have a Quandro 570FX, with 177.84 drivers. Anyone here have the same problem? Could be a video driver related issue? Thanks!

I have seen this on my wifes T61p, although hers got stuck well below max. I rebooted and it seemed to go back to normal. Probably a video driver issue where the thinkvantage app that handles brightness up/down looses communication with the video driver.

Yes, thats an annoying problem that I've seen many times. It always seem to occur when getting back from an hibernate or sleep state. If you reboot, you get it back working... But it's a bit unpractical to reboot each time. I hope they fix that someday.
