I don't really game much, but with ArcMap and AutoCad it seems to be slower than my T60p with the V5250. The layers, and refresh is not as fast as my t60p but its bearable. I am hoping Lenovo/NVIDIA release some 128mb optimized drivers in the near future. I did all the tests at stock speeds (I realized I had a bunch of TSR's running so once I disabled all the processes I could it started to really boost the 3DMARK scores). I am sure if you were to install the 8600GT drivers you would be in teh 6000's.

When you say at lower res, it's equivalent of 8600GT, you mean at native res, 8600GT is better than the 570m, correct?

So Zepto 6224w and Asus F8Sv are still going to be better than T61p in terms of game performances.

The T61p has a higher native res than those two notebooks, so yes if all were gaming at native the T61p would perform lower than those two. The T61p has a very high resolution screen for that size panel, very nice for business apps, but in gaming you'd probably tune it down to 1280x960.
