    If I have a t9300, is the t9500 and the X9000 the only options I have for a cpu upgrade?

    What you mentioned and the X7800. The T9300 is quite a chip though, doubt I would upgrade it at all unless it was a gaming rig or mobile workstation for something CPU intensive.

    Not worth the upgrade IMO. T9300 is a great CPU and gets "the job" done.


    Better to spend that cash on a SSD, 8GB of RAM with 64 Bit Windows 7 and a WiMAX device.

    There isn't going to be much of a difference between the 9300 and the 9500. Just save your cash for now.

    possible to upgrade the CPU? Only with the right motherboard right? I have x61, possible to upgrade to t9500? Thanks
