    My red pointer on TP X200 (mouse)keeps moving after I let go

    I have same annoying experience in Windows7 as it was with Vista.Any workaround/fix for this?

    I believe you can resolve this by pushing the TrackPoint hard in the direction that the cursor is slowly moving towards when that occurs.

    Yes, don't rest your finger on it when you're not using it. You're interfering with its self-calibration.

    I get this on my T61 running Vista SP2 almost all the time. I just learned to deal with it. Sometimes it's a real PITA, but it's only for a few seconds at a time.

    It will recalibrate.
