    Guys,
I have started using my new T60P wide screen that has this high(er) end video card (ATI FireGL V5256).
It comes up with this awesome resolution of 1680x1050. Little did I know that it has a downside (for me...)

The problem is that the letters are too small for for my eyes at this resolution: so I've tried to change the screen resolution to a lower value, but, BUT, then the screen image becomes kinda "grainy", not so sharp. (I understand, that this maybe due to the uneven re-binning of the pixels...)
Anyone knows how to make the screen sharp at lower resolution?

    Thanks,
    Peter

Set your screen resolution to your LCD's native resolution. Bump up the DPI to 120%. Then reboot your computer. See if that helps.

:) Yay! (in addition, I increased the font size in the browser).
    Thanks,
    Peter
