Hi,
I have a T60 notebook(8743-CTO).
I have a problem with the TPM key recovery process.
When I log in the Client Security Solution ask me to recover my TPM key. I type my windows password and it says, failed. The same password what I am using to log in to the windows.
previously happened:
I changed the admin password( because of the fingerprint reader, I didn't use it and I forgot it after a while).
I had some hardware problem and the technician changed something(memory, Hdd, ... ??? I don't know i'm not a hardware expert) in the laptop.
Somebody else have the same problem or know the solution for this problem?
