I really hope there is a fix for this....

I disalbe Tap-to-Click in the Synaptics preferences panel. But, every time the computer wakes from sleep mode, the Tap-to-Click re-enables itself. It is very annoying.

I have tried just about everything to try to keep Tap-to-Click disabled, but nothing has worked. I completely removed and reinstalled the Synaptics drivers. I tried installing the vanilla Synaptics drivers from their website. I tried searching through the regisrty too see if I could disable it there. I tried updating firmware. I even kept the Synaptics preferences window open, the one with the Tap-to-Click checkbox toggle, while putting the comuter to sleep and waking it up. NOTHING has worked. It's been impossible to keep the thing disabled.

Is there a fix for this?

I can empathize. I've similar problem on my T410, but fortunately not on every sleep : wake cycle. What you describe would be maddening, as I'm sure it is.

Do you use Windows 8/8.1. and are logged in with your Microsoft Account on the Yoga and another PC?

Hum, yes and yes. I see what you're getting at. But I feel like this was still happening when I was out of town, and my desktop PC was powered down.

Deactivate "explorer, mouse, printer" sync under pc settings > onedrive > sync settings.

I had a very similar issue. I am using a left hand mouse on my desktop, which caused the buttons to switch on my laptop as well. It was driving me mad... Unfortunately Windows does not allow for more granular sync settings. I find explorer/printer sync quite useful.

I tried this. Did not make a difference. Tap to click still will not stay disabled.
