Tease....

I have been waiting at least a month for discrete Nvidia graphics of the 15.4" T61. Today for the first time, there is a "Graphics by Nvidia" logo next to the graphics section on the customization page.

But there is still no choice but the integrated Intel graphics.

Argh.

 

I don't think that was there just a few hours ago... was it?

Who ever updates the website really worked thier @$$ off on that one. They can probably call it a day!

 

I know that it definitely was not there last night.

If they were smart, they would have delayed any release of the T61 until they had all features worked in and inventory backed up. Delays in delivery of orders and people being unsure about future features is no good way to sell laptops.

 

I want the T61p right now!!! But, don't get me wrong I think they should wait until they get there act together. I would settle for a release date.

Ya know, just officially reveal the T61p (or T61 15.4" with discrete graphics) and give a release date. Even a release week! That way if they say it won't be until August which would mean that it wouldn't arrive until September I could move on and get something else today! If it is released in July I could hold off awhile longer.

I think it has been selected as default for a while, and the price hasn't changed. However, you get less of a price reduction by selecting the other cards. So the only real change is that the cheaper cards have effectively gotten more expensive.

I don't mean to burst any bubbles but it looks like they added pictures next to a number of items. They put a mouse next the Trackpad options , a picture of a face on the phone next to the phone support option and a number of others.

All I want is the 15.4" with a 140M!!!!! Is that too much to ask?

 

and they put a docking station next to expansion slots.

A truthful answer from Lenovo would be... "Yes"
