Proud owner of a Thinkpad T61 with nVidia NVS 140M. The default drivers were serving me fine until I recently acquired COD4 - now I would like to optimize.

I have heard lots about Forceware driver and plan to get into this - my question is going by the releases available here: http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showforum=84 any recommendations and/or should I worry about who is the actual manufacturer of Thinkpads, given that the drivers seem manufacturer specific? Edit: I now know it is wholly Lenovo that makes Lenovo

Also - any driver recommendations - I am running Vista 32bit!

    Thanks!

Edit: After some ferocious Googling - I am an idiot and Lenovo makes their own. Figures. Still any driver suggestions?

i'm using the 170.70 drivers from laptopvideo2go.. the 170.74 were unstable for me..

i would just use the most recent ones until you find a stable driver... i'm not entirely sure if you need to use those driver cleaning programs... i didn't and they work fine
