    i ordered the T400 on Aug. 28. the payment status in my online bank was pending for several days. but today the money activity disappeared~~i checked the order status in lenovo website. it told me "in process", the same as before. what's up? 3x

    Well is it shipped...did you receive it? It isn't free if you don't have it (not that they wouldn't probably charge it down the line). They probably just did a credit verification test...or are in the process.

    Your card is charged once it is shipped (might not show up for a day or so).

    In process means Lenovo haven't sent your orders yet. I believe they don't charge you until they ship it out.

    3x. the estimated shipping date is 9/11, so i have to waite... anyone come across the same situation? should i contact lenovo?

    Don't worry about it. Basically, they did a check to see if the funds where there, and will officially pull them when the unit ships.

    What is the situation...? The credit activity? You ordered about a week ago. Just worry if your shipping date gets bumped back .

    haha i thought the same thing. in fact i had the laptop in my possession and my account had not been charged!! buy my credit card was charged the day after i received the laptop...
