    these are probably Lenovo authorised service provider, why not call Lenovo customer service in Ireland.

    I did call them, and they gave me a Reference Number, sounds like tracking number. And they said I need to mail them my laptop by myself and email me their address. Unfortunately, I haven't received any emails since this Wednesday.

    I'm going to call them tomorrow anyway.
