I am going to buy a T530 and would like to buy additional memory now.

For T530, the memory specs is

    4 GB DDR3 - 1600MHz (1 DIMM)

At Amazon, I would like to buy Corsair 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 SODIMM Memory Kit (CMSO16GX3M2A1333C9), but it is

    DDR3 1333MHz SODIMM

Amazon.com: Corsair 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 SODIMM Memory Kit (CMSO16GX3M2A1333C9): Computers & Accessories

    I notice the difference: 1600MHz and 1333MHz.

Can someone let me know what the difference means and should I buy this Corsair memory for my T530?

    Thanks!

More MHz typically translates into more memory bandwidth, but more memory bandwidth is not anything anyone will notice in all but a few corner use cases (ie. gaming in IGP). Either one will work fine. Buy the cheaper one.
