It's not a photoshop edit!
Was configuring the system online and that's what it showed after clicking the "add to cart" button:

it's marked down $385. what are you complaining about?
-
Hahaha! Good one!
-
all you need is some $100,000 Lenovo Projectors to go along with this W510... and you are all set. Obviously, Lenovo prefer that you pay this order by cash.

Didn't you know expensive equals exclusive?

It better have a platnium rollcage and have gold and diamond encrusted accents for that price... haha.
I do know that Lenovo 'tests' new configuration options online by putting a sky-high pricetag on them... perhaps the CPU is something in the works? -
That's hilarious!
The cheapest I can get this laptop from Lenovo Canada is this:Attached Files:

the OP did not use a valid coupon, hence no discount!

Hey, at least you saved $385 lol
-
It better be never obsolete for that price:

look like a dishwasher

I had this same thing happen to me about 2-years ago, got some ridiculous $100K+ price when configuring an R series. Apparently Lenovo still uses the same backend system prone to overcharging, or maybe they actually get someone to hit the buy button 1 out off a 1000 times on stuff like this and helps their profit margins
-
They also have incidents where they undercharge the customer, but all transaction are reviewed manually by a person, so most likely they would be cancelled before the money is deducted from your bank/credit card account.
I can't imagine what the bank would say when suddenly a 1 million dollar purchase comes through.... -
That did happen before, and several orders did go through on occasion. There was one incident where X-18M SSD options were cheaper than HDD options on the X200, and then there were the P8700 processors that cost the same amount as P8600 processors (although they bumped up the price a few days later). My order with the P8700 did go through, however, and several people did receive X200 orders with the X-18M

i got a 3 year warranty upgrade on my A62 for free, so that was all good.
The most expensive 15" laptop in the world!
