I have experienced the following defective issues. Apparently, neither Lenovo and Intel have addressed these issues for least 5 months.

In terms of IPS display quality

I recently have replaced three ips screens for white speckles( Free at no charge) and Here are their calibration results.

Calibration results are not great across different manufacturing dates, mainly due to panels' native color temperature (as opposed to 6500K Chromaticity coordinates)

11/04/24( Manufacturing Date) & its Delta-E (as opposed to Daylight 6500K Chromaticity coordinates) =1.6

    In terms of driver quality

    1. Displayport to HDMI--> Unable to set full range instead of limited range.

    2. Quote from "http://www.missingremote.com/review/intel-sandy-bridge-core-i5-2500k-and-dh67bl-motherboard"

Intel’s video drivers have always clipped blacker-than-black (BTB) and whiter-than-white (WTW) by default, but it was possible to change the behavior by checking “Override Application Settings” in the “Color Enhancement” section of the settings tool. Unfortunately this does not work currently, but should return in a future driver revision to make calibration easier on the low-end and enable the flow of WTW for the content that contains it.

It is extremely difficult to get 98% Grayscale after my X220 calibration with EIZO FS2331. The best result you can get is 95.1%, which is below 96.1% as the minimum requirement for color accuracy.

Thanks, these are very useful information for those who's looking forward to do photoshopping with the IPS :)
