    Hi,
I'm doing an application that needs to use the ThinkLight.
I was able to make it works in Linux.
How can I switch on the light in Windows?

    Thank you,
    Leonardo

Press Fn key + PgUp. It is controlled by the bios.

Sorry, I didn't explain my problem well.
I need to switch on the light through a program, not manually.
I want to create a Windows application that switches on/off the ThinkLight automatically.

you can use the thinkvantage tools to turn the light on ..... you may be able to somehow integrate that into your program.

I did an extension for Thunderbird that switches on a led in ASUS laptop when a new email arrives.
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4540

I introduced the support for ThinkLight for Linux, now I'm try do the same for Windows too.
I don't have a Thinkpad, so it's quite hard to understand which software I have to look at.

    I'll check AutoHotkey.Thanks.
