I'm glad I bought a t61p also.
As a professional software person, I recommend for people not to scrimp on their purchases, because if their machine breaks, it's either do without a machine or get it fixed and pay for it yourself. To that effect, I live in a large city and police were very surprised to receive a call from Computrace with information that would lead to a conviction while I was still in the hospital. When I got out, the Lenovo was there waiting for me. I've been summoned to testify against them on monday. But the points are manyfold. They are buy what's necessary to use the computer oh and don't try messing with a system's programmer. They know more about these systems than does the average person. My computer was put on the net. Uhoh, that's may be an error that may get you caught. That's the only call they have recieved, yet the software is there and is off the shelf ? Why aren't more people buying it?
