Has anyone had a problem with the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 losing its connection to USB peripherals when the attached computer is moved on the desk or even if it shifts slightly with weight from your palms?

I have two of these and they both do the same thing. Either it is an issue with the connection on my T510 or there is a design flaw in the dock.

    Any experiences welcome.

Well, I decided to call support. This problem, along with an intermittently non-responsive right shift key, made it worth the call. I am so glad I sprang for onsite service. This is the second visit I will get from a tech. It looks like three problems in all out of the box. This time they are actually replacing my motherboard due to the dock connection issue and replacing the keyboard due to the shift key.

First visit they replaced my palmrest bezel due to a malfunctioning touchpad. Fixed it beautifully. I hope it goes as well this time. They are ordering the keyboard by part number and I am assured that I will get the same manufacturer of keyboard that I now have and like.
