The link below is for the ThinkPad Tabook. It is a list of all available ThinkPad models and their configurations. It lists the graphics card, battery size, length of warranty, etc. If you are looking for information on a particular model or would like to know which ThinkPads have what you need, here it is. This is the most recent release and includes the new Z series models. Happy reading.

Excellent find, zazonz!
One interesting piece of info I found in that list is about the various monitors.
Apparently, all 15" SXGA+ and UXGA LCDs on the T42/T42p/T43/T43p models are marked as Flexview, just as the 15" SXGA+ screens on the R51 models. However, on other models of the R-series, 15" SXGA+ screens are not marked as Flexview. Does it mean that they really aren't?
Also, when looking at the Z-series, namely the Z60m, so far I can only find one model specifically claiming to feature the 300nits MaxBright screen, and it's on the WXGA resolution. -
I notice in this document the warranty is listed as 3 years for Z models, but on the web page where you buy one it is 1 year. I wonder which is correct.
-
1-year is standard, 3-year is optional (i.e. you pay more for it)
-
All the 15" FlexView LCD panels are IPS (In-Plane Switching) TFT-LCD panels, see...
http://www.idtech.co.jp/en/technology/tech_ad.html#ips
...the other TFT-LCD panels aren't IPS panels.
Note however, that the indicated nits values for the TFT-LCD panels are mostly always only more theoretical values. This means, that in reality when independently measured in a spezialized lab, you mostly never won't yield these max values. All in all it's similar to the advertized battery runtimes, which are also more printed for marketing reasons and far away from live real time measurements. -
none of the R series have FlexView displays - Flexviews are only available on 15" SXGA+ and UXGA T series. the 15" R series does show 200 nits of brightness, but it is not a flexview.

Well, as an example, here is a quote from an actual Lenovo/IBM Tabook for the R series (look into it)...
- ThinkPad® R51 (1836) + R51 (1831) - Education + R51 (1836) - Express
...
Display
...
Some: 15.0" (381.0mm) SXGA+ (1400x1050) TFT color / Active Matrix / 200 nits / FlexView display with wide viewing angle and high density using IPS technology
...
Also many R50 and R50p models were once offered with 15" IPS FlexView panels. -
Lots of ThinkPad literature can be found here.
