Any idea how much time the R61 6 cell battery lasts? This is for general use (working with Docs, Internet/Email (WiFi on), Winamp/WMP and with brightness set to moderate), no multimedia (DVDs/movies on).

    Thanks

Depends on if you're looking at a machine with the integrated graphics or the dedicated graphics.

I often take my lappy up to my room at nights to type notes, and doing that while playing music with wi-fi on and screen brightness set to the lowest I get around 3 hours. With wi-fi off, the battery gauge jumps up by around 25 minutes.

    I have the Quadro, btw.
